*fears Miranda won't be a full LI in ME3, and will just have a...."cameo"* *shudders*

God I hope not, I would love to see an Ashley vs Miranda showdown in ME3, and I hope she warps Ashley out of the Normandy.

Miranda v Ashley > Miranda v Jack

I wouldn't mind seeing a interaction between Miranda/Ash, they reminded me of eah other...in a way.

I wonder if Liara is going to use that Asari commando line on my Shep and/or Miranda. I'm thinking Miranda could take her...

Liara: Have you faced an asari commando unit before, few humans have...

Shepard: Uhhh yeah I killed your mother and her commandos remember?

I think Bioware is going to aim to give all the LI characters a strong ending. (And there will be at least one new ME3 LI, in case your Shepard has to have a 'girl in every port and a gun in every tentacle'.)

Thane's the only one that's a little problematic, because he's dying, and it would feel like a bit of a story cheat to cure him.

Lol! I hope that is a dialogue option.

Hey now. Mordin is entirely competent enough to cure something like that. He reengineered the genophage after all.

True, he is a genius after all. I don't see why he wouldn't be able to cure it.

i was entirely opposed to her at first, and then slowly started to like her character a lot.  she's awesome.  i love how her loyalty slowly shifts from cerberus to shepard.  it speaks levels about her.

Indeed. It's like you don't know what to expect from her. I was so happy that she finally joined my Shep at the end of the game. Man was it worth it to see her give Illusive Man (Cerberus) the finger, haha.

It really does. Especially since it takes her time and she obviously thinks over her past and present decisions before deciding where she wants to place her allegiance. If she would have crossed to the light side after a few conversations it really wouldn't have meant as much.

Also, the people who think that she does a very sudden 180 at the end aren't paying attention to her throughout the game.

Just out of curiosity, how do people rationalize ashley being a better character than Miranda? Serious question, and please explain it with ashley's good point rather than trying to zero in on miranda's bad points.

Both. :D

I can't decide, to be honest. The white outfit shows her curves more, but from an aesthetic point of view, I think she just looks awesome in the black one.

my vote goes to black, but both are pretty good-looking imo. i keep the black for the last mission as in the movies where the character's wearing the same thing during the whole movie but will wear a special badass suit during for the last mission...yeah...

I liked the white. The black looked great too, but it felt more like a renagade Charlie's Angels outfit to me.

Yeah, during conversations it's pretty clear she starts to trust Shepard more and more. The problem others have is that she doesn't resign from Cerberus right away. I don't think that would be realistic. She slowly transfers her trust, and when TIM screws up with a ****** order, she clearly sees him for what he is for the first time and seals the deal.

Yea, the white is definitely much more revealing, but she somewhat looked more elegant in the black suit. Even though she can't get much more elegant than she already is!

Lol, would be funny if there was a high-five interrupt at that end moment. When you do a high-five she yells "YES!" :D

I actually like both characters. And there was a good post some time ago (can't find it atm) contrasting the two of them, contrasting how Ashley is all fiery and emotional while Miranda is icey and calculating. Miranda is scientific while Ashley is more spiritual. Ashley is openly flirtatious towards a male Shepard right away, where it takes time for Miranda to admit her feelings (or, even, that she feels at all.)

The two also have a lot in common, too. Both care deeply about their sisters (does no ME female have a brother?) And both of them have to come to terms with their family legacy. And both of them have some micsconceptions that Shepard has the option to change their minds about (Ash about aliens, Miranda about Cerebrus.)

The main knock I hate that people say about Miranda is"oh she just blindly follows Cerberus, and kisses TIM's ass"

It's obvious Miranda has been there a while, and that she came to trust Cerberus. Not to mention TIM trusts her, which says ALOT. I mean he let's her meet hin in person, and she did lead the Lazarus project. Seeing her loyalty sway towards shep was very enjoying indeed.

We should write a Miranda romance guide.

TIM says in one of the mission reports that Cerberus's protection of Oriana is one of the main reasons for Miranda's loyalty.
