Can you instigate a romance with any of the characters AFTER the game ends? I haven't talked to anyone, aside from crew upgrades and doing their loyalty mission, so they should all be up for it as it were.

Or can you only do it leading up to the sucide mission?

You can go through their dialogue if you still have quests to do, but I don't think you can actually "consummate" the romance after going through the relay.

If you romance someone before going through the Omega 4 relay, afterward (if you both survive) you can invite to your room to cuddle on the couch or bed.

I had romanced Miranda before the suicide mission and decided to try and romance Tali afterward just to see if it could be done. Keep in mind I had flirted with her beforehand. It actually let me romance her but I had to talk to Miranda first before I could complete the romance. Then I got crazy and tried it with Jack and I was able to do that too! As before, I had to talk to Tali before I could complete the romance (and boy was Tali upset). I hadn't really flirted with Kelly but I gave it a shot. No such luck on that one... I didn't save the game afterward, but my Shepard was giving Captain Kirk a run for his money!
