yes. in fact there is literally no way you can complete the dlc without getting it. and yes, it is very shiny, i assume that was your next question.

Is it possible to go back to Ostagar from the "Post-Coronation" save? The save text says you can do content prior to the end, but I haven't found a way to exit without just dumping to roll-credits
