Not all of us picked to the sacfrice, some of us actually lived. And In the game in a RPG, we are a sword weilding or dagger weilding, darkspawn killing, romance making, army running tough son of a gun...but that's in the game, outside of it

We are entitled to thoughts that we put our money on, that we spend hours playing. Just saying it would be nice to indcate something, only thing we got to indicate anything was Aliister in the awaking and everyone assumes that Orgen is returning

Though Allister is heard all over the minute and forty second clips in crystal clear audio and video. We assume that he's King and therefore can't join our party. Though not all of us made him king. We had a choice in the land's meet and that was for him to die..

Least it was with me, to have a similar entrance with him as King for all PC, regardless of choice. Nearly like creating a different game, very similar to dragon age but not with choice you picked

Pretty sure your choices will follow through in the expansion.  And for each character created in Origins..the same would be true.

Thus if you chose Sacrifice, of course probably the only thing that will happen in Awakening, is that your name is mentioned, a possible statue or something to commemorate your heroism..and then you start off a brand new character who is Orlesian.  

  Just want to mention again, the character is Orlesian..but none of us get to go to Orlais...*sigh* unfortunately.    Thats one of my wishes  hehehe

Well It makes me happy that they've expanded it to amaranthine. Maybe there is hope for Orlais yet!

I think it's highly likely that the same lines and dialogue will be said by Anora, if you made her queen.  With only two possible options, it's not that hard to make it either/or, kind of like male vs. female Shep in ME.  They just include Alistair because he's more immediately recognizable and a fan favorite.

Also, have you considered the becoming the consort might require you to play as the Orlesian GW?  It could be, similar to dying with Ultimate Sacrifice, that you are no longer available for questing and will be referred to as the consort but not seen.  Or, perhaps in the early part of the game, you'll get a parting scene with Anora/Alistair where you say, I must go and do blah blah blah, I will be back soon my love, rule well in my absence, etc.  Again, sort of like how the romances from ME1 were only sideline referenced in ME2, but you did get a special cutscene if you didn't cheat on them.  I could see a very similar treatment.
