Playing a female Shepard is terrible in ME2, the love interest choice are terrible. Jacob is boring and too nice, Garrus has a half blown up face and too much of a friend, and Thane is awesome and cool but I'll pass on mating with a half fish, half lizard. Looks like hell raiser. Why couldnt I get Jack, Miranda, or Tali. I really wanted Tali. Come on Bioware seriously, with what you made possible in Dragon Age you are going to run away and be forced to be traditional and boring. For shame.

My paragon male shepard is being loyal to Liara. But my Female renegade shepard needs some loving. And the choices they give you are just terrible.

I actually like the romance options that female Shepard got. Garrus is remarkably sweet, Thane is moving, and Jacob... is safe, but there. I would like to see more options, female-female options (and male-male options for men), but the current selection is strong.

You can have moody Captain Sparrow, half-chicken Tali or run of the mill Miranda. Trust me, male Shepard options aren't so hot either.

Hey, we got Kelly man, she has some crazy ass experience.

Nah but seriously indeed it sucks for Fem Sheps in ME2, a lot, which is why I didn't bother anyway, I wanted Liara and I got her in ME1, I remained loyal to her in ME2, now I fully expect to marry her in ME3 (yes, that was a joke Mr. Moreau).

Kelly makes up for it.

I'd rather have Kelly than any of the other 6.

I know that Fox new said something about Bioware being to provocative about Dragon Age. But who takes what Fox has to say seriously? And Bioware should not let what some terrible network has to say.

Agree completely, but at least femSheps have Jennifer Hale's voice, and look sexy while kicking Reaper ass.  Anyway, having no interest in the ME2 love interests just made it that much easier to stay faithful to Kaidan.

Love how they made Garrus and Tali's personality more open and attractive compared to ME1. My female Shepard wanted to get all into Tali's Suit, but Bioware said NO. :crying: I guess female coodies are stronger then men coodies.

As always, somebody just has to complain about something, why not whine about the Color of Dark Space, while you're at it?

Indeed. She's adorable and loving and cute and you can even cuddle her to help heal the emotional trauma she endured watching people turned into smoothies. She's easily the best LI in this game.

I agree, Jacob has a personality is that is not so attractive, he has an amazing body but that's all (he is what my friends call a "one-night's man", that's translating form spanish so maybe i didn't used the correct words hehe). About Thane and Garrus, you said all that have to be said.

Anyway i think it's good like this. You don't like all the people you meet, you have the chance of start a relationship with Kaidan or Liara in ME1, and Jacob, Garrus or Thane in ME2, even it could be possible to start new loves in ME3. There's a lot of options to choose, someone could stay loyal to Kaidan (like me) and someone could be in love with any another one. There's no need to be in love with all the squad members you recruit.

Whining stopped a long time ago dude. LoL. Most of us are just discussing it now. And whining is productive when and if a dev see's it. I'm sure all the love Tali got this game might influence the developers what to do with her in ME3 thanks to all the whining about not being able to love her as a female.

Jacob isn't just a bad LI, he is a terribly boring character. I do so love to send him through the vents and watch him get shot in the face. On average though, the LIs are far more diverse and better done than they were in ME1.
