I hated Dragon Age's romance. If there is one thing that Bioware should do like Dragon Age, is add dialogue for characters remarking or commenting on your love interest. Those were great. Alistair or Shale commenting on my romance with Morrigan was brilliant.

I really wish more people commented on the romances in the group.  They need party triggers like in DA:O for when you are moving around the map, especially in non-combat hubs.

So, to reiterate, I don't care about your big picture view and why you think it's better than some DLC.   I might even agree with you.  I'm just trying to understand why you seem to focus on these threads when there are others with similar objections.

Right, right, it is conducive to any good debate that as soon as someone starts to rebut, you should ignore what they have to say.

But the repeated personal attacks on your part while none of the people against this arbitrary modification of current LIs (not of F/F romance in general, although you try to claim that as a warrant for your abuse) do so detracts rather forcefully from your own position, Haga.

I am on the fence with Liara, I still think they should have done something like if you stay true you get a message to meet them for a tryst or something, something more physical but I understand if people prefer the meaningful glance at the photo.

Because you REFUSE to deal with the fact that the universe isn't the way you want it to be. JUST LIKE REAL LIFE. The best you can do is to react to what you're given. And for like the millionth time: YOU ARE ROLEPLAYING. THE LESBIAN SHEPARD THAT YOU ARE ROLEPLAYING IS ATTRACTED TO NON-PLAYER CHARACTERS THAT ARE NOT LESBIAN. RATHER THAN COMPLAIN THAT THE STORY ISN'T THE WAY YOU WANT IT, YOU ACCEPT THAT THE STORY IS WRITTEN BY SOMEONE THAT ISN'T YOU.

I told you why like ten times, I like the conversation, it's interesting to me.  Can that not be enough?  Wow...

Also my needs are already met I just feel that they could use better representation for content that I personally will never use.  I don't personally want to engage in a male + male romance, but I believe it should be there if people are going to yammer on about female + female ones.  I think that changing characters to suit ones personal whims is wrong and it just happens that romance tends to be the most common way people want to do it. 

So yeah I gravitate to these threads but I don;t see that as odd, I post in other threads as well, really don;t be so hung on the posting I am not here because I hate you or anyone.  I just think people lose sight of the larger picture but I understand if looking at the bigger picture isn't your thing.

I just figured with your sig that the idea would have merit with you and others that feel there is a gap given your support of same sex romances.

Nautica773 is right for questioning my verbal attack on you and El Doucheo, but what he doens't understand "YET" is that you two are like a plague on Femshep Threads. What he doesn't understand yet, good guy that he is, is that you two spend your time on the forums attempting to screw over all femshep-related threads.  i admit, that i am only guessing that you have issues with "women" in general, but you CERTAINLY have issues with femsheps. and soon enough if you both keep it up, everyone will know you for the dbags that you are.

Agreed. The squad commenting on each other in DA:O was a F***in riot. I loved hearing Morrigan and Alistair's banter. Hilarious. That would make it so much fun. Kinda like elevator convos in ME1. I loved seeing the characters interact other than the ME2 standoff scenes.

In the end these thread always come down to someone wanting something they can't have. And whn they are told they can't have it they bring up other points that have no bearing over the arguement. Tali lovers and what not keep it it one thread, they don't overkill the forum, and they don't care if no ones else wants what they want. It seems everyone complaining about female li's is hellbent on converting everyone to see it from their perspectives..Never truly accpeting BW just isn't going to cater to them.



Just once I'd almost LIKE to see someone complain about the male li's just so this side can fianlly use that in thier arguement. Even after the game is out, it's jus tthe same thing. Seriously, have people just considered not playing the game it LI's are that important!?

When you find a thread asking for DLC to change Thane, Jacob, or Garrus to also be M/M, or threads asking to change Jack and Miranda to be F/F, please, let me know.

The key point of contention for me being the "CHANGE and DLC being in the same sentence" part. But there is no point at all addressing you, as you've already made up your mind that anyone against you is homophobic or chauvinistic, neither of which is true in my case, but as Shepard would say:

"You've made up your mind. I'm not gonna waste time arguing with you."

And you are actually more offensive than any of us are. Using the term 'retard' to address us, giving us insulting nicknames, talking trash, assuming you know anything about our personality (such that you can judge us) -- no, see, YOU'RE the bad one, here, completely aside from the argument at hand. Personality-wise, you are a worse person than us.
