They wrote the characters to be that way, then that's how they'll be. This is not difficult to understand.

What's difficult to understand is how vehemently you try to shoot down somebody saying that they simply want a lesbian relationship.

You try to argue that it's not realistic for there to be multiple bisexual women on the same ship when BioWare already has 3-4 bisexual women on the ship. 3-4 is okay for you, but 6 would suddenly be so unrealistic as to warrant multiple rants on the forum. And that's keeping in mind this is a video game.

So, back to my original post to you, what is your problem?

There's a pool of potential bisexual women that could have been a romance option for Female Shepard. Bioware picked none of them for her LI's.

I took it the same way as you.  My Shepard didn't flirt with her at all, so why would she have to stop her advances?

Jack just isn't a 'let's be bestest girlfriends and go to the mall shopping for new shoes and stay up late talking about boys' kind of gal.

Introduce a new character, use one of the DOZENS of established ones, give Liara more romance based lines, add content to Kelly's romance, anything. It was in the first game, why is it not in this one?

Dammit..Miranda should've been blonde, and had bigger boobs,and she shoul've been a nympho, and been BI, and a dominatrix. Yeah BW should cater to my outlandish demands as well!

She pretty much is a full romance. She just doesn't count towards the paramour achievement (she's not a squadmate), and she doesn't have a really cheesy "sex scene" where they fade away before anything even starts.

Can you comprehend anything I'm saying? I said I don't CARE if there are bisexual characters, don't care. I don't care if someone wants a bi relationship. Big deal, if they want that, fine. Really? I just wished there were more dialogue choices and the romance being a little deeper. Felt like a fling to be honest.

She's actually pretty shallow, the consort gets about the same amount of romance related dialogue.

Did you completely forget what I said to begin with? You problem seems to be with people who voice their opinion about wanting a female Shepard romance with, say, Tali.

And they did make Jack, Samara, and Morinth bi. They simply didn't make them romance-able to females.

*sigh*...Why I just want to know why, oh WHY in a game where the romances are so crappy...you care so much about who it consists of, I am genuienly curious, b/c it makes little sense to me.

Maybe; it didn't really feel to me this way though given Jack is otherwise very direct in her speech so i'd rather expect to hear from her she wasn't looking for a friend if that was the case, plus that dialogue occurs at the point where otherwise romance would start.

Sorry, i meant "they doesn't care about gender" but they don't see themselves as bi ( I think) hahaha. I'm spanish so I don't know if there's a word for that. If so, how could they be called? :happy:

What? Not even remotely close. Kelly has specifically flirty dialogue after almost every story mission. Sha'ira doesn't say a damned thing about romance or sex in her dialogue. She tells Shepard to "close her eyes" and nothing else is ever said that even resembles romantic dialogue. Unless you count her saying she'd be "grateful".

Kelly has 100x more romantic content.

Bioware can't please everyone, thus they design for the majority
Male Hetero playing a male shep, the only character I like is Tali - para shep, makes sense
Mainly due to the background, the character, and Liz's ability to portray emotions and tone/inflection without a face to show it is awesome - but that's just me
They have the 3 types on either side
Nice - Tali/Thane
Neutral - Miranda/Jacob
"Bad boy" - Jack/Garrus (Why Garrus is a renegade badass by default when my Shepard was like "Don't roll like that Garry, go apply for Spectres again!, but anyway)

I guess to appease everyone, they coulda made Kelly a more indepth choice for either sex rather than a bit of flirting then some alone time at the end (but i mean come on, she dances for you, omg), she's a great character and I really hope she's around for ME3 - seriously, she wasn't even an interest for my Sheppy, but seeing her facemelt traumatised me terribly

Would female sheps have preferred someone like Joker as an option? I can't really see Seth Green doing that seriously (wouldn't be surprised if they did approach him... hello making EDI jealous after she becomes more aware!), but he seems like a character that could make for some entertaining conversations
Who knows, maybe Bioware will add DLC characters to make everyone happy! Add some Hanar to the game.... even to the crew.... even as an option!
