Just updated the game (Retail CE) with the 1.01 patch. Start the game and is automatically logged in as per usual, hit 'resume' and get a warning message that my save uses DLC content and that the owner of that content must log in...

I AM logged in and is the owner, and now my saves won't load.. this simply BLOWS as I have no intention of starting over from scratch (or play without the content I've paid for).

A new fixpatch is needed ASAP!

And for those of you who haven't patched yet, DON'T!!
