It was a lot of fun. Very versatile and tech armor can help a lot. Also nothing is as fun as Cryo Blast - Throw combo. Some very funny moments to be had there.

Sentinel probably since it can do just about everything but snipe. Adept was the worst; my god is it useless on hardcore and insanity.
Adept? Useless? On Insanity?
Hardly!
I'd say it's even the most fun class our there for Insanity. It's not easy, but it's quite awesome once you get the hang of it.

Vanguards are a blast but can require heavy reloads and steep learning curve.
Soldiers are a buzzsaw.
Sentinel, heh, never could complete a play, just haven't been able to.
Engineer....well maybe one day.

The infiltrator gives me the most satisfaction out of any of the classes, as a well placed headshot is very nice. Especially on a YMIR mech.
I probably had the most fun learning how to play the vanguard, though. I died an overwhelmingly large amount of times trying to figure out charge, and I laughed each an every single time it happened. Dying for doing something suicidally stupid is simply fun.
The engineer was fun from the very beginning. First of all, I did several playthroughs before I even tried engineer, so there wasn't much learning curve in gameplay. I've yet to finish the engineer playthrough, but it is so far the easiest of all my playthroughs. There is a certain level of fun breezing through every fight the way I do with an engineer.
Adept and sentinel have their fun moments, but there's a similar vibe in playing those classes as I get out of being an engineer or vanguard. I have more issues with playing an adept because singularity and I have never gotten along.

Infiltrators love em....but the stealth snipe gets repetitive too.
I like My soldier most of all, since you always go be shooting, hard to hide.
But then again others might say soldier is repetitive all on its own so.
Personally like my soldier better.
sentinel, adept and engineer....never actually finish em, they dont grab my attention too much.

I guess you really like to shoot things...
Well, now I'm playing a sentinel with assault armor and guardian as passive. I even edited my coalesced.ini to give him the shotgun earlier. You move in close and work your enemies with your evi or scimitar. Punches are great too.
You should give it a try...

NOW, if is multiplayer, or coop in other games, you will find no better bodyguard than me, I always love support options, or to be the guy watching everyone's back. But in ME......or rpg like games nah, makes me want to pull my hair....then again I shave my head so lol.

I know, I went all the way to horizon with adept... went to almost IFF with Engineer...but I just dont find em to be my taste. I dont like to be support
Then don't play as support. Adepts don't necessarily need to be played as a support class.

1) Solider was the most fun, most likely because they fined tuned the shooting mechanics sense the first game.
2) Sentinel up next. At first it was meh, but aftter getting Tech Armor up and getting the fully auto SMG I started having a blast. Loved putting up tech armor, rushing people shooting, having my armor explode, and then instantly putting it back up. Fun stuff.
3) Infiltrator. Feels a little bit like solider because of sniping + time dilation, but the cloak is pretty awesome.
Bottom tier fun wise:
Vanguard and Adept. Played Vanguard for about ten minutes and was like "don't think so." Also, my first play through was an Adept, which was a mistake. I found combat incredibly uninteresting. It sucked that basically none of my powers could do anything against anyone (except warp). Just didn't have fun with the Adept.

Try an Assault sentinel build (Assault armour, shotgun, Guardian, good if you have the cooldown reduction headgear). Now *that* is fun.
Vanguard and Adept have steep learning curves on top difficulty levels, but when you get the hang of them, they are guaranteed to conquer a place in your heart.

I'm too stupid and untactical to appreciate Adept, but after learning Vanguard, trying everything else is bland. I'm trying to play through as Adept and Engineer (after my first complete on Veteran, everything else is on Insanity), but they lacks the thril of living-and-dying-on the edge.
Ever so often I replay my Vanguard saves on the eve of a major fight and let-em-rip. A minute or two of destructive teleporting round the battlefield, spending most of the time with vein-laden vision and heartbeat background sound, watching unlucky victims screaming and slapping away at the flames roasting them alive (lucky ones died quickly) before smacking them in the head with the elbow to end their misery and switching to fresh victims, and suddenly, it's over. And often, my line of thought at the end can be summed up as one of two lines below:
"Wow, what a ride!
"****, it's over ALREADY?!

My thoughts on the Vanguard exactly. Difficulty just spices it up. Did Vanguard twice on Insanity - first, with assault rifles, Scimitar and a moderately horrible build (geared for shields, Destroyer, too much biotics, etc. - was my second-ever playthrough, and I was rather newb), second - with Claymore and a proper build. Now working on the third playthrough, experimenting with different builds, bonus powers and armour setups.

didn't played biotic or tec classes (only infiltrator played so far) because I missed the sniperrifle.
In ME 1 I missed damage in biotic powers...
Somehow you could kill everything with a gun in ME so soldier was most fun to play, because you could stay a chance at nearly every situation.

Agree, with adept coming in before vanguard. And probably because that's how I"m playing Sentinel right now.

You get a time dilation for your sniper rifle, to allow you time to line up your shot. That's it, though.Mr.BlazenGlazen wrote...
Well i tried vanguard, it was fun on normal not so much on other difficulties. But then i went to soldier that was fun too, but i used that class for two different playthroughs. Now i'm doing infiltrator and see how that goes out. I heard that you could actually get adrenaline rush for infiltrator, anyone know anything about this?
