-I'd like to discover a society of ancient High Elves laying low somewhere to breathe some life into the two Elf origins. The demystification of the race lost some appeal for me. Give the little guys some hope so they stop telling me stories of how they used to be awesome but suck now.

More situations where things aren't always as they appear to be. In DA:O we pretty much knew where we were going and what we were going to do when we got there from the beginning. Flemeth pretty much gave us our shopping list. Linear stories are fine, but being in the dark about what's really going on can be very suspenseful.

The demystification was part of the appeal to me. The elves being these beautiful, immortal, elegant, and spiritual beings in every fantasy work annoyed the hell out of me.

I agree with you, and I also understand why Bioware wanted to part with traditional fantasy stereotypes.  I would just like to see the Elves dealth with a little differently though.  It's true the aloof, immortal, beautiful thing has been done to dealt, but there's a lot in there to play around with before I'd take away everything people like about the myths, and keep the ears.  I just thought my idea was a nice way to keep the DA lore intact, while giving back a little dignity and mystique, but in interesting and unexpected ways.

I didn't care so much for the side quests but the main story line (ending the blight) really tangled me. Story could have used a bit more to it(even tho there is Awakening coming out next month) Some1 already suggested seeing what happens with Morrigan and the baby and what happened to the other characters. The end credits really didn't give me closure to the game. Some enchantments to weapons not only runes, Quicker targeting able to jump from 1 to another other than having to click them, The ability to run w.o having to be in battle or preset a mark, Quicker travel, Less random battles(unless important), Ability to dual wield two-handed weapons :D. Other than that game was pretty ingenious loved it, better then w.o.w :D

i would also like to be able to swing my weapon freely, like in fable

and a 5th party member or at least make the enemy party up to 4 members to make it a fair fight because i find the enemies are too strong and too numerous especially early on in the game where you have to go through redcliffe castle and you first fight the revenant.. i mean seriously it took me a **** ton of tries to get past that ****er.. along with more auto saves (yes i am going to keep beinging this up until someone agrees)

Yeah i was questing in the Brecilian Forest on my first playthrough and ran into a few Revanants. A few gravestones in the forest are scripted to spawn Rev mobs.. Now i was indeed looking to start a fight with an angry spirit..but i was lvl 8 and that Revanant didn't seem to care much. Had to turn Morrigan into a healer just to last the fight.

I'm on my second playthrough now.. going it "evil" this time around..Just recently left Redcliffe to fend for themselves..afterall..us wardens have better things to do..such as siding destroying the Dalish and *cough* autosaves *cough* ridding Feralden of pesky homless dwarves.

To keep it on subject.. it'll probally never happen with Origins..but hopefully in the sequel to come they might voice the main character. (autosaves)

EDIT:..had to set my autosave..

....Autosaved...

I like to see an expansion that integrates in the game and can be played before the end of the game. It can be a standalone story or deepen the main mission. An expansion like Awakening is not for me. If I play that one then I guess all the old game locations are shut down, so I wouldn't be able to shop or do side quest like I used to.

I also wish for tier 7 armor and weapons for Arcane Warriors. The current sword is kind of OK, but why it should be tier 6 beats me. All current armor is dedicated to stamina-using classes. Such an armor should have bonuses for magic (or spellpower) and maybe dexterity to improve sword fighting. Something along those lines. I am sure BW can dream up something along those lines. Maybe even a nice quest to obtain that armor and sword.

Moar Dragon Age books from David Gaider, is he writing me another one yet? __oOO_(@><@)_OOo__ If not I guess I'll have to peice all the writings he's done on here and put it in binder then pretend it's his next book :P

Some prettier leather armor for my assassins. I don't use much addon but I did see one set I liked in a youtube video.

I little message describing what it is you have been given. It is so annoying to have to search through your bag to see what has been added.

- More Morrigan

- We should be able to conscript Jowan

- Alistair should put on a dress and dance for you if you are in a romance with him.

That's about it.

A more lively camp. I want to see NPCs going about a daily routine cooking and cleaning, playing games with each other, or practicing their swordplay/magic. Also, unique dialogues with them depending on what they're doing.

Also: Mages to both be toned down in a general sense but also to have more synergy in their trees. A mage should be rewarded for investing points in specific domains of spells like Rogues and Warriors instead of just going all willy nilly with their talents. Arcane Warriors need to be.... well, their defenses need to be lowered greatly, their offense increased somewhat, and they need to have a few more prohibitions spell casting wise while maybe getting an ability or two to help them melee.

The option to end Duncan if he tries to conscript you..although that would change the story dramatically.. and programmers would have their work cut out for them..but it would definitly add to the "I'm a bad guy hah ha haaa!!" playability..

Install the Extra Dog slot mod. This means you always have your dog with you as it should be IMO. A 5th party member and mine just loves mage/archer flesh.

I was gobsmacked when I realised I could't have the dog with me all the time!

To have even more involvement in your romance.

Moar Leliana.

Moar Teeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaagan!!

More diverse leather armors and robes.

More diverse weapons.

Even more huge choices & decisions.

Moar Leliana.

All this and we should perhaps mention that there should be more Leliana

All of these ideas seem nice, but what I'd really like are bug fixes to all of the known issues in the game.  Put all dlc and expansions on hold until this game is more stable.

A second mage origin.

Both other classes can choose from any of five different origin stories. Mages get only one.

This can't be justified by lore -- there's ample room in the story for a Dalish Mage or Apostate Mage background.

I agree, an apostate origin would have been a great idea.

I was under the impression that you can upload your DA:O characters into DA:Awakenings ?

Awakenings, yes.  I think that they mean a new game+ option, like what was in Mass Effect, where you can start a new game, but with your previously leveled character and all of their items/money.
