I was gonna replay as my ME2 Shepard, but it kept me as a Soldier; I was hoping for a new class...not gonna happen huh?
New Game+ with ME2 Shepard, unable to change class for second go-around?

Nope, starting a new game is pretty much the same though.
There aren't many New Game+ bonuses in ME2, besides keeping your level.

And guns, but yeah, I don't really think it's worth it.

-Sigh- Alright. Thanks, I'll just re-use my soldier to power through Insanity, and reach level cap (which is... what level?)
Next complete playthrough will be Sentinel, unless I can be convinced on why Infiltrator is better.

You can make a case for infiltrator being better with sniper upgrades and Widow. Headshotting enemies into oblivion and if anyone manages to flank you you can tactical cloak yourself to safety. Really, just depends on what you enjoy personally.

I have the recon hood, so it'd fit perfect into my "fake splinter cell" dream haha. Besides, N7 designation means Special Forces, right? =D
Cap of 30?! Wtf... I hate EA, im sure BioWare didn't do a lot of this on purpose.

I'd recommend not doing insanity on NG+. Seems to me to be quite a bit harder than trying it with a new character.

Too late. I'm about half way thru the Insanity/Soldier with a NG+ start and it finally starting to ease up thanks to my various upgrades being researched.
I value the experience because it taught me alot about the squad, weapons/ammo and skills & skill bonuses.

LOL
Yea hes right. The difficulty comes down to your level. The higher level you are the harder the enemies get, especially on Insanity.
