What's with the sensitive controller while walking?

Okay, so when I'm moving or something, I barely move the stick to the left and he moves all far. And sometimes, I'll move Shepard foreward and he will move in slow motion even when I stop moving him. ME 2 needs a patch. Seriously. And the visual leakage needs to be fixed. Please and thank you.
