Okay so I'm running around on Aonghas getting ready for the landsmeet and I've only been able to take a few moments to write a few lines to remind me what I was thinking as I'm going through it. I can feel the end a coming and I just can't seem to take the time to pause and write some. Haha. I should have left Alistair at Arl Eamons denerim estate he appeared a bit miffed that I let us be captured. LOL "What your just going to give up when we are so close to escaping?" or something like that anyways lol. I was a bit surprised. Silly me I thought he would enjoy a stay in prison wahahahaha.

So I was trying to decide if I should avoid writing right now because my emotions are so strong or if it would be better to play it out and then write it. There are thunderstorms here so I might not be able to do either if I lose power lol.

hahaha and after saying that about emotions I receive comic relief in the form of about 9 cats or so running around together in a pack in the market district back and forth back and forth. Crazy! LOL

Yep I got the cats all lined up before not moving but this time they were running around following each other and mewing. I followed them around a bit but they didn't attack anybody so I got to let them live *winks* hahahah

Eeep! One of my readers on ffnet just asked me for permission to draw my fic's main character, and a more specific description of them.

My answer? "Permission? Holy crap, this is awesome. Here's some screenshots, here's the mod I use for her hair, here's the robes she was wearing in chapter X. woo hoo!"

Far too excited about this. I've never had fanart. :D

Awesome! Appreciation is great for morale and I'll be waiting for you to post the final piece that person draws here.

In other news, my chapter 11 is FINISHED and added to FF.net. Finally.

YAY Lupus. I've been wanting a visual of Maggie for ages - she rocks. And fanart is like the ultimate ego boost for writing - I wrote heaps and heaps for Fractures after Gala did her first pic of Neria and as for the second one.... SMUT ensued ;).

I'm absurdly excited. Gala was going to draw me something, but she realized my fic was in her to-read queue so any description I could give her would be too much spoiler, so I know I'll have one of her amazing drawings when she gets to it (if she likes it and keeps reading, of course), but the "soon" is exciting!

ffnet broken again. My last ten reviews just vanished and I can't get the new chapter of Victory at Ostagar to work. Ugh.

Question: I finished my playthrough of Aonghas Cousland and have begun writing a story two months post campaign. My question is: Do you think I should put it with my previous post on this forum or start a new one. There will be some cross over of the story and the playthrough because of Aonghas remembering things and that is the only reason why I was thinking I should make a new post. My only concern with putting it in the same post is that if I decide to add on to the present post for reflections it would be very unpretty. Hey did I just answer my own question? LOL. Seriously though. What would you all do?

Well, if it's a different story, I'd make a new one.

In other news. I changed the description of my fanfic on FF.net to mention that all potential Origins Wardens are in it and I got two favortie alerts in just a few hours.

Still, it's unfortunate that DN/DC fics are so unpopular compared to HNF/Alistair. Not that I don't like the latter, of course, but you know what I mean.

I think it's because everyone's played a HN at some point in time but many people haven't even gotten through the dwarf origins or if they have gave up playing them at Ostagar. The DN, DC, and DE stories are definitely in the minority compared to the CE, mage, and (especially) HN ones.

Especially HNF ones that is. I did read fragments of a few HNF tales, and some of them are definitely worthwhile, but still. Ah well.

I think I'll start to look into Shadow of Light Dragon's fics soon, seeing as how she seems to know her way around conveying feelings through words rather successfully. And she even got fanart recently, which is something.

Male Wardens are just as much of a minority in the fanfic world.

When 70% of people writing fanfic is girls and Alistair and Zevran appeal to 65% of them, a minority is assured.

On a side note, I keep feeling guiltier and guiltier for writing HNF :P

Well, from what I know of yours she really doesn't seem like a cliché and that's something. I personally have written very little about a male Warden (four one-shots maybe?).
