I started one, but it was a project with someone else who kinda fell off the face of the earth. Maybe I'll re-vive it one of these days, when I need a break from Blight and Peace.

Aw, odie, re-write please! I don't see Ali being drunk with Isobela long. She doesn't strike me as the type to put up with a drunkard. Just getting drunk once in a while.



And anyone else write an "exciting" chapter and get intimidated on writing the next one which was a more "point A to point B" chapter? I am having so much trouble getting started after my Loghain in the Fade one. *sigh*

Yes, I wrote a few action chapters, got some good reviews and now feel I'll be letting people down.  But A to B chapters are necessary.  So I guess we just have to get on with it.

You know I feel better when all the fantstic talented people on this site have the same problems I do. I makes me feel more like a normal writer, if mildly talented in comparisson. The writers here got me writing again after more than 10 years. I thought I was abnormal in my angst. Okay, more abnormal than I am on a general basis.

Hey guys. I'm just here to affirm that yes, fanfiction suck. Especially the kmeme you're doing to put off your fanfic which you started to put off srs bsns deciding it wants to be biatchy. Tab A + Slot B. You'd think it wouldn't be hard, but noooo.

I can barely write steamy so I'm a bad person to ask. I just finished my chapter 14 (its off to my betas now) and I only managed to get my characters naked before I chickened out.



I promised naked Zev though, and I did achieve that.

ROFL! As for steamy, I write steamy, but you will have to read my fic to tell me if you think I did ok. Chapter 13 and 53 if you want the steamy. I let you be the judge. Just no "quivering members" really that makes me laugh and not in a way that gets me hot under the hood.

I just dropped a porntastic transition because I couldn't go from point A to point sexyesplz without it. That's not the part that's giving me fits. I just feel like I'm recycling stuff, making it new and different from my other pieces is getting a little hard.

Seriously, smut is one of those things that I just do not like writing.  I always feel like a giggling little schoolgirl when I write it.  I obsessed for a day about 'insertion' because I couldn't find a way to write it that didn't make me feel like an idiot.  

That being said, I tend to go with the emotions evoked during sex rather than the actual act itself.  And I use a lot of italics such as he touched her there in that spot that...  Let the reader imagine just where there may be.
