Speaking of which, did you guys see the leaked DLC achievements? I don't know what to think of them (They're on the DA wiki news article)

Thedas has a lot of 'ancient evils' that the PC is evidently always awesome enough to destroy (why do ancient evils always have to be so sucky?)

Because ancient evils always want to destroy the world. If they won, there wouldn't be any more games to make! ;p

Most of the ancient evils were just doin' their thing until the PCs came tromping into their lairs!

Aw, the Architect and Mother are just young'uns.

And Urthemiel and Mom were minding their own business, until *Archy* went and poked them with a stick.

Obviously, his whole "uplifting darkspawn" thing is a rationalization for his own Grey Warden fanboi complex that leads him to tromp into lairs and poke things awake.

I always feel bad for the Architecht. He doesn't get much screen time, his more evil plans always get revealed too early, and his innocent plans cause world-threatening monsters to spew out of the ground. When he told me he woke the Archdemon, I almost facepalmed for him. Poor blighter can't get a break...

I like Spike's take on this (from Buffy): "We like to talk big. Vampires do. 'I'm going to destroy the
world.' That's just tough guy talk. Strutting around with your friends
over a pint of blood. The truth is, I like this world. You've got... dog
racing, Manchester United. And you've got people. Billions of people
walking around like Happy Meals with legs."

He is. I was a Spuffy shipper. Mashing up Weetabix in his blood. "Makes it crunchy."

Thanks people for talking about Spike, Now I need to watch the whole series times 2 again. *grrrrrr*

About fanfiction. I'm slowly getting back into the swing of writing. I'm trying to write a little bit everyday and not worry about getting out a whole chapter before it's all ready. :) I dreamed of my fanfiction last night. Surely that's a good sign, unless you dream that it fails. LOL. Mine was a good dream though :)

Spike... Alistair...

Glad we're on the same page Eryn, SoLD and Dre...

And Dre dreaming about your FF is a good sign in my book. It happens to me quite a bit and in large volumes. I visualise scenes and such.

Spike was just genius. My favourite Buffy episode is still "Fool for love", where the Spike flashback starts with him declaring: "I've always been bad..."

Ugh it's a wonder that I ever get any writing done with all these ideas buzzing around in my head. I'm going to have to start a journal of ideas again to try to tame the beast. Well actually is that a muse? LOL.
My writing for my fanfictions is going so slow lately and I still am failing to write things in the order they need to be in the story. *sighs* I'm sure I'll get it all straight. If I don't go crazy first. LOL. I hope everybody else's muses are treating them well. :)

Sigh. I think I lapsed into an episode of procrastination. Hopefully I'll get that chapter done today, but man have I ever taken a time out. I think I passed 5 weeks of no updates... or was it six?

Well lately, I need two weeks for finishing one single chapter. o__O Which is screwing my publishing schedule up. Badly. -__-

I'm taking my time as well lately. Been drawing my Cousland, Anders and other things in between! I had a wave of inspiration which needed to get out, with the result that the ffic stays behind. I really need to finish my latest chapter though.

My muse is not treating me altogether badly but Informana, the muse of computing is having a laugh...

My desk top won't come on, so I'm using the laptop and a switch on this has jammed too...

Pencils for me today!

I like... get 70 to 80 percent of a chapter done, then I nitpick it endlessly and take forever to get that last bit in...

W00t! Congratulations, inquartata!

I've been futzing with some prologues and started outlining a sequel to 'Dragon's Claw' today. Other than that, it's just been long, hard hours in the smut mines for me, with the occasional ZevThread prompt.

Congratulation. I'll get there too....in the next five years. Lol. But to express my happiness for your achievement, let me say it with Hawke's words.
