I finally gave in and send them an e-mail. I tried to pretend not having stats wasn't bothering me when it really was. Unfortunately as its Sunday I can't get onto the forum. My service provider is having a meltdown.

Ahh dont ya just love modern technology...<_<

Yup, technology is the bane of my existence, MireliA.  Though I often wondered when people generally read ff.  Obviously, you get more hits when you've updated your work but apart from that...who knows?

Thats what I thought but then I got a review a few days ago from a short story I posted a month ago. But that might because they were looking for that specific character (Teagan) to read. Apart from that I don't know either.

And the lack of stats is doing my head in!

You could, but it's really depressing to see new chpaters with 0 hits.  And knowing that these chpaters will never look as popular hurts, especially when you think they're real crowd pleasers.

Aw, thanks Shadow! You are a sweetie. I have been living vicariously through another friend's stats too.
I especially find the stats loverly when I go to all the trouble to fight with the format on this forum only to have no one read it here. The stats tell me it is getting read at least on FF. *pouts*

And edited for being a big fat hypocrit. I complain about no one reading and commenting on the forum, and I realize I didn't do that very thing for Shadow. UGH!

And edited because here I am pouting about the stats bar and I just got another review, and story fav and alert for "Soulmates," from a brand new fan. ROFL!    Ah, the Universe has a sense of humor.  It likes to put banana peels down for me and watch me slip and slide.

Though I've noticed on FF.Net it will sometimes mash two words together for no reason at all. The original Word version is fine, but published to FF.Net I get odd little discprepancies. o_O Anyone else get this?
