SurelyForth YES absolutely right about Anders. You finger the soft silk of the scarf in the shop and think - this would go really nicely with that dress I've got, and then you buy it, and you realise it goes well with EVERYTHING . Even your pyjamas!

So I wrote a rough draft of a fic including this scene: http://img.photobuck.../jeanartana.jpg (unclickable because of pg-13)... But I don't know if that scene will get to even happen now because of rewrites to make it more believable.

Improbability is such a ****-block. Discuss. :{

Dani, it's a great scene, and there is more than one way to make it happen. I can think of several other ideas besides the one I suggested to you - don't give up.



At least your characters are talking to you, mine have been sulking for days. I have a little transition chapter I am writing that needs to be done before we get to Morrigan and I can't get any of the dialog to sound right.

I laugh at large word counts . Seriously it's getting ridiculous trying to keep up with all the great fics out there. Between you, Tasmen, Gil, SurelyForth, AMWT and about ten others I'm following I'm just thankful no one updates more than once every couple of days.



Gives me something to look forward to once the baby gets here, though. I may not be able to type with two hands then, but I'll damn sure be able to scroll down and read!

Congrats Miri, didn't realize you were expecting. And yes, it's very easy to scroll down and read while holding and/or nursing a baby. Not real hard to game either if the baby is sleeping. I played quite a bit of NWN1 and NWN 2 while my youngest was tiny. Only had 2 weeks of maternity leave with my oldest so I didn't do much other than rest and watch a few movies.

Yay, you just made me feel better about slacking on the updating.  I'm having a minor case of writer's block.  I've got the chapter outlined and I know what happens.  It's the writing it out in a way that I like that is being a snarky little hobeast.

I did, however, start on the first chapter of the 'Duty' sequel  

And Miri, congrats!!! When is the baby due?

Cool! Don't hurry on my account. I know I update all the time, but that's just because Fanfiction is my latest crack.



Baby's due late August - number 2. I played A LOT of final fantasy when #1 was a newborn - she used to feed for an hour at a time, so I had a lot of time stuck on the couch. I'm kind of hoping this one will be a little bit more efficient though, considering the 2 year old isn't in daycare yet. BUT lots of reading of fanfic will be occurring and hopefully a bit of writing as well.



And if I can manage to play some DA I'll be the most content, relaxed mum ever .
