hi i have 2 ea accounts one for ps3 and one for xbox i acidentally hooked up my collector armor to the one for ps3 is there anyway i can undo that and hook it up to my other one or move my xbox account please help this is really upsetting me because i got the collectors and now that i cant get my armor is very pleasing thanks:)

Why didn't you use one account for both?



Anyhow have you tried contacting the group that does support for the account management?

it was a accident no i was looking for it earlier but i couldnt find it ill look for it some more if anyone finds it please let me know

I'm guessing you have Cerberus registered with one account and your armor is on the other?

I'm pretty sure this wont work after reading the warning on the promo page but have to ask you if you tried entering the code on the correct account?



Thinking about it I can see how you ended up with 2 accounts, that really sucks. I hope you can get it resolved quickly. I would recommend trying to get EA support to merge the accounts so you don't have this issue in the future.
