I tried everything google everything ..The problem is this.

Resolution 800x600 mouse works-targets perfectly everything on the screen

Resolution 1200x800 or 1440x900 mouse is working okay except no auto target ..
The difference is noticeable if you change the resolution actually.And especially if you want to try insanity mode
I cant see what the issue here is cause all other games work perfect.
Changing mouse acceleration or the Coalesed.ini did't fix the issue cause what i read in the forums was about mouse speed
