Ok I just got my computer erased completely and i used the redeem codes for stone prisoner and the blood dragon plate i went to redeem them again as i had to in stall the game again and obviously I can't get it back is there anything the moderators or anyone can do about this?

All content is associated with your account. You can see that at http://social.biowar...titlements.php. You don't need to redeem the codes again. Once you login with the same email address and password it should all download again automatically.
