jacks character is much more developed she has more interesting conversations, more interesintg history, better back story, the most emotional sex scene

and then theres miranda that for reasons i cant fathom every 1 loves- heres the experience and i use that term loosely of miranda- you have 2-3 conversations where all you do is repeat that she is more than just a geneticly modified person, then u screw her in the engine room theres nothing special about her character, her back story, her development nothing

I hope Bioware hears the overwhelming dislike of this character...because she is just terrible. She makes a better enemy than she does an ally. I have gone out of my way to try and get her killed in combat so she wont be in the next game for me.

She didn't exacly make it easy...I never one felt for her, b/c of how she acted.

Who said anything about cowering or hiding? Not everyone dwells and gets all emotional about everything either.

Her actions, anger, swearing, and clothing and tattoo choices are dew to severe trauma, conditioning, and lack of having any type of freedom for most of her life, in short she has severe PTSD, and Trust issues for good reason.



If you talk to her throughout the game her personality and attitude softens. Like someone already said inside she is still a scared little girl. Everything else she does is nothing but a mask and defense mechanism. But they could have given her some hair and bigger boobs. lol

All of this critique and argument over Jack would have been solved by giving us the chance to not free her from cryo or to leave her on the doomed station. Whatever the disagreements might be over her value to the story or the team, I think we can all agree that Shepard being able to dismiss her would be keeping in line with story, just like Grunt and Legion are optional.

Yes, I hate jack and I'm dead serious. I made sure she died in the main game. I didn't want her to survive haha. She can go to hell. I thought she was really annoying!

theirs definatly  a case that cna be made for all the characters being optinal

She's a badass but a very insecure badass. Not nearly as badass as the calm Shepard. Doesn't make her a bad character. Her b!tchiness is a role she plays.

i dont have a problem with either character myself, but atleast i admit that jacks a more developed character a lot of people here have no reason behind their complaints- they say they dont like jack and if u ask why they say dumb things like how she looks and her attitude

both of which may not be likeable but are fully explained and understandable,plus she changes throughout the game

miranda literally all she says is about being modified followed by a quickie
