I have a issue where occasionally while playing the game it will freeze while I get the green "Loading" message at the bottom left. How I can I prevent this as I'm using a PC version of the game ?
Secondly - What info does the Game upload while playing ? It easily uploads 30 - 100MB while playing. That's a rather large amount. What do I lose by disabling online uploads and what does the game upload ?
Mass Effect 2 Loading and information upload ?

That's your RAM not being large enough, and your hard drive having to spin up. You can max your RAM to whatever the combination of hardware and OS allows, and / or use an SSD for the game, instead of a mechanical drive. A 32 bit OS maxes out at 3.2 GBs of RAM, out of the common 4 GB now standard for new systems, or some terabytes' worth can go to for 64-bit OSes.
