 i have the CE version of ME2 
and i try to redeem the code for cerberus and this is all im getting 


Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly


any help?

I got the same problem as you. I'm extremely irritated that i shelled out extra money for the CE version and not have cerberus working.
