when I put in my upc code, it takes me yo my status page. I figured that I could now post in the ME2 forums as the game registered, but I have restricted access. Am I just being an idiot and can I fix this?

It's not showing up as registered in your profile. Try the code again, and make sure you don't include any dashes or spaces.

Wait a few hours. It might be taking the Servers awhile to update their Database. This is normal. If the Registration doesn't show up after 2+ days, then start worrying.
