  I asked in multiple forums and the question never seems to get answered??

I just spent 20 bucks on 1600 points and the download for wardens keen still has not shown up in the download section of the game..  Can anyone help me resolve the problem.

btw, I am logged in with the same account I bought the points with so th points do register.
