this happens when i faced my typical game FREEZE.

the freezing only happens during cutscenes, and after the third time, it went black and doenst respond to any key press. ive to open the taskbar and close the process.

when i start the prog again, dat message box appear with option 'yes' or 'no'. pressing either option makes no difference as the box keeps on reappearing...

any solutions much appreciated..

It's happens with me too.but i was plaing mass effect 2

i don't know what to do.

It may mean that the Dx9 / 10 APIs need reinstalling (the newer one first, then the Dx9), or that the video driver needs to be replaced.  Typically, this is only temporary, following a crashed application's end, and is remedied by a reboot.
