Ok, so I recently picked up my copy of Mass Effect 2. I've been playing it for about 2 hours now and it awesome! So I decided to get my armor for pre-ordering which is "Terminus Gear". So I made this account with the same email I use for my XBL account. So I redeem my code, I restart my Xbox, and I check the DLC list and no "Terminus Gear" popped up. Any idea of what happened?
P.S. If Bioware has a support email I would really appreciate if someone could if it to me. Thanks a lot.
