Ok, so I recently picked up my copy of Mass Effect 2. I've been playing it for about 2 hours now and it awesome! So I decided to get my armor for pre-ordering which is "Terminus Gear". So I made this account with the same email I use for my XBL account. So I redeem my code, I restart my Xbox, and I check the DLC list and no "Terminus Gear" popped up. Any idea of what happened?

Not sure, presuming you did the steps in the right order. (I had to dither around a bit before I got it right myself).
- Create EA account.
- Enter redeem code on EA site.
- Load Mass Effect 2.
- Set options to connect to Cerberus Network automatically. Enter EA account info.
You may have to exit and re-enter ME2 to have the CN logon kick in.
- Check downloadable content.
That do it?
