I personally really like this guy's voice.  Keith Szarabajka voiced the chief Med Tech (the bald guy) in the intro to ME2, as well as some other minor bits in both games.  In my opinion he should get a part with a lot more lines in the 3rd.  I remember him as Edward Woodward's sidekick in The Equalizer, but I really gained an appreciation for his voice when I got a couple of Dean Koontz audiobooks for a road trip a few years back, read by Keith.
