Tell us some stories on how your call went with EA. Mine was actually pretty fast except for that long hole time. Got on the phone with some dude for like about 10 minutes after a hour to hour in a half hold time. Pretty cool guy, talked me through what he was doing and by the end of it he just told me to log in and it was all there. Although EA had a terrible time, they breezed through it pretty easily.
