Hi all,

On my 2nd playthrough intending for the "perfect" cannon to be imported to ME3, I somehow decided to go with Morinth. Well I guess I've always liked her better, but I felt slightly guilty for betraying Samara, she seems to be nice enough a person, however annoying at times.

I'm more disappointed that Morinth does not get to retain her leather catsuit look and have to impersonate Samara. Is this pure laziness on Bioware's part?

On top of that, Domiate seems rather interesting. Can't wait to experiment with it.

So who did you go with? The boring grandmother or the lil' cousin that does drugs and may possibly have an incesteous relationship with you?

Besides Samara became my friend, not to mention she's my favorite of the new characters. Funnily enough I figured she would be, just from watching her introduction video on the BioWare site pre-release.

One could make the arguement that Samara is also a cold blood killer.  That being said, I still go with Samara myself.

I took Morinth. She is clearly just as powerful as Samara, but is several hundred years younger. I didn't really feel all that bad for having to kill Samara even though I play a paragon. After all, it's not like she isn't a killer either. Her code demands that she kill anyone who has committed any sort of crime. Also I just wanted to see what happens down the road when you pick Morinth.



Not sure she can be trusted though. She never swore any oath to me, after all. While she does remain loyal during the game, not sure how long that will last. Still, I figure if she tries to leave my service I'll just have to put a bullet in her head. And she does seem to be obsessed with you because you resisted her charms. Though how much of that is her acting I can't really say.

Except she's not. Samara made it sound like one (and she sure comes across that way), but when she actually makes it onto my ship and I had the chance to talk to her, you discover an injured, jealous and twisted little girl beneath that.

She may not have much of a conscience as we know it, but she's not (entirely) heartless. She does care and respect Shep and her teammates.

I do like Samara alot and I can see why ppl will choose her over Morinth; but let's not write the latter off as just that.

Domination kicks some serious ass. It even works on bosses lol. Pick Morinth, plus have domination as your advanced skill. Then pick Tali or Legion as your third member. You'll be nearly invincible!

Which you can get thru advanced training if you're on a 2nd playthrough. Dominate? Not so much.

I agree. Domination is an excellent skill in combination with Warp & Reave. I will also say Heavy Reave has been better for me than Area Reave, as the extra time makes a difference as far as the damage a drone can do to a Harbinger.

yep....shepard dies...according to morinth an orgasmic death but still it's a game over screen

I liked Morinth, and I actually found it a little unfair that she had to die simply because of her condition...and her predatory love of extinguishing life. Mind you, there are worse ways to go!

Dominate was an option when I tried restarting my game. Although, I did briefly take Morinth just to see what would happen, never finished the game with her though.

oh that...I knew that but there is no kiss, she simply implies if she was a maiden should would rip your clothes off and drag you to the ground until all your bones felt like jello......but no aborted kiss
