Tastykakes, which people who aren't from around Philadelphia, PA may not know about.
My favorites are Kandykakes:

But most people prefer Krimpets:

Hell yeah, I love the butterscotch krimpets! We used to sell them in our bookstore in college. I didn't know they were from Philly. That probably explains I couldn't find them anywhere else in Cali.

I confess I am totally addicted to sour cream / onion potato chips with beer, lots of beer in combination with relaxed computer gaming.

Does anyone here like In-N-Out burger? It's my favorite fast food joint (right up there with Rubio's).

Well, chocolate is always a good choice :-D Especially those marabous. They are darn addicting. And they're swedish-made........!!

Snickers-bars are also pretty tasty.

Oh! I love warming up a microwave burger and eating it slowly while I listen to people talking in camp.(Dragon Age Origins)

Those ones are like 30 km away from my city. Be sure to hit me a pm by may because they are not expensive at all and I can get them produced from literaly, the same day.

I'm a sucker for potato chips. I'm eating loaded baked potato flavored chips with my sandwich for lunch today.

Okay, but do you come in a handy packaged form we can just pick up and take home, like stroopwafels?  Because convenience is pretty important too.  Also, what's your shelf life?  ;)

Well, so are stroopwafels, and quality booze, and most other good things in life.

Well, I'm a hopeless sweet tooth and there are a couple of things I miss from New Zealand that I grab (in somewhat embarrassing quantities) whenever I go home.  I wouldn't say they're -amazing-, but certain things you grow up with you really miss when you can't have them. ^_^

Posted Image

Whittakers Peanut Slab....  But better yet:

Posted ImagePosted Image

Their macadamia chocolate. <3  I can find this over here sometimes too!

Posted Image

Toffee Pops, probably my most favourite chocolate biscuits.  There's something similar over here but it's not the same. :(

And lastly a couple of childhood-y things:

Posted Image

K-Bars.  Ridiculously chewy and last forever.  Also really cheap, so as a kid I thought they were the best thing ever.

Posted Image

Pixie Caramels.  Also really chewy.  My Dad likes to refrigerate them so that he really ups his chance of broken teeth.  It's what you do.

I have to admit, the Peanut Slab thing made me laugh.  I'm sure it's delicious, but the name is just hilarious.

I'll definitely keep an eye out for those things if I ever find myself in New Zealand, though!

The toffee pops also come in a few flavours... there's a white chocolate version, a double-caramel one (toffee pops 'extreme', heh), a butterscotch one and a few others.  Last time I was over there was a tiramisu flavour which I hadn't tried. :o  My suitcase was full of biscuits when I got back, as you can imagine.  I had a chocolate headache for weeks!

I always thought that it's so cute that our (Canada, USA) cookies are your (UK, Aussie Land, NZ) biscuits. Posted Image

At least a chocolate headache is worth it! Posted Image
