It seems I did not get my code

Hello,
I pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 for the XBox 360, but did not get my code, as my local Gamestop did not get enough (Way not enough, as they told me).  They told me to contact Bioware/EA about this, since they could not do anything.
He also gave me a PC pre-order code (for the terminus armor) and told me to try it, at worst.  I contacted EA game support on the 28th of January around 9 AM, and I have yet to hear from them (And after I have received a "This could take 24 hours", I waited a week before asking an update.)  And 3 days later, there is STILL a failure to get even someone telling me : One second, or something, or analysing, or we're going to answer after we discuss.  Nothing.

So now, I guess I'll ask Bioware : Any idea what I'm supposed to do now?  I just tried the PC redeem code, which worked...for the PC download (which I don't have).  I have registered my Mass Effect 2 XBox 360 in my account.  I still have both bills scans (Bought and received).  If need be, I'll send another copy here.

I just checked on my registered promo-codes and is seems I have both the PC and XBox360 versions available.
Anyone could confirm this (That using the PC code activates the XBox360 code as well)?
