I have the game installed on the xbox.. but I still have to change the discs.. I think once in the middle and then once before the suicide mission. The goofy thing was that I had to put disc two in during the middle bit and put disc one in during the last bit. Kind of poor planning if you ask me.
why do I have to change the discs?

Seeing how the first playthrough took me 31 hours and some minutes, a 10 seconds CD swap is nothing.
Specially with the good bioware stuff ;P

First game took me 80 some hours.. this one took me 60...
I'm not sure why the game is so big gig wise. Not as much dialogue.. not as much story.. Must be graphics.. they are the only thing that seems a bit upgraded.

Meh, like I said, I don't mind.
I have two Gamecube games with CD swap, and I don't mind them either (They're RPGs
) and whenever you install a game on your XBox, you just reduce the load time ;P
