Kinda hard to come up with one best line but I found the convo between Garrus and Tali in the Citadel rather amusing:


Garrus: Do you ever miss those long conversations we used to have in the elevator?
Tali: No.
Garrus: But we had so much time to get to know each other!

Yes this is the main thing that damn SHHHCSHSHSHSH watev sound you wanna call it. That one on Illium buying all the upgrades makes me wanna punch him like that pyjak on Tuchanka.

I can't pick a single best line. I like many of them. Some examples:

Most of what Mordin says.
The Officer upbraiding his soldiers on the Citadel about firing weapons without targeting enemies first.
The bachelor party on Illium.
Garrus' line on what type of buildings it's fun to storm through, if you take him along to the Cerberus hospital facility on Jack's mission.
The Wrex/Shepard discussion -- Wrex: "Ah, redundant nervous systems." Shepard: "Yeah... humans don't have those."

The worst lines, the generic ones that your team-mates give whenever they make a kill. Except possibly their praising of your head-shots.

Hmm... Not that much annoying but definitely one of the worst :
« I'm gonna dance near you, and you can think I'm dancing with you if you want. »
Somehow, the alpha male myth took a critical hit when my male Shep said that.


And the best, well, you know. The classics. « Go for the optics ! »
Also loved that « Take a deep breath Sir » followed by the « You're... mocking me... earth clan ». Pretty hard to choose actually, there is a lot of witty one-liners in there.
