I'd say the best line would be: "That may go down in history as the shortest interrogation ever." Thane says that during his loyalty mission on the Citadel if you go Renegade.



The most annoying would be most lines coming from the Harbinger ... especially when you play on Insanity and the gun fights last longer than usual.

Well, as far as Shepard's dancefloor skills go, I'd say that was a very natural reaction on that Asari side.

Don't know if it's been said, but:
Joker: "It'll be just like the good old days"
Shepard: "I hope not. I died."
Joker: "Gah, you are such a downer."

I  Joker.

Shepard: "Well, Garrus you always were ugly, put some face paint on it and nobody will notice." or something that effect.

Miranda to TIM: "Consider this my resignation." *hangs up on him* That line alone made me like Miranda a whole lot better than I did before.

Actually, i just remembered one of my least favorites.



"I can't admire your body, or your mind?" *extremely creepy smile* "You give your father too much credit."



A big problem is the digital acting, but I think it's a pretty poorly written line too.

The best parts: Any banter between Joker and EDI.

Worst: What someone else said, when Shep' says "I cant admire your body or your mind?", followed by a creepy smile. Hes so filthy.

Best-I am a biotic god!

Worst-I will destroy you!...reminds me of how much I HATED fighting humans in Mass Effect 1. They would say that 5 times in a row.

Also I liked the "Assuming direct control" line...sounded cool.
