Best line? For me it's more like best dialogue:

Miranda: "This is no time for emotional entanglement, you and I know more about the the Collectors than anyone, we know how unlikely it is that we're coming back alive. What idiotic bunch of hormones thought that now was a great time for love."
Shepard: "Who said anything about love? I'm just trying to get you into bed."
Miranda: "Uh! You ass."
Shepard: "Come on Miranda, you want this."
Miranda: "Yeah, I do. So don't die, you promise me damnit!"
Shepard: "It doesn't work that way, we could all be dead this time tomorrow. So if it's not worth it..."
Miranda: "No, it is."

Most annoying?

The whole Reegar and Shepard cutscene before the collossus fight.

Annoying - "You've done the impossible."  It just came off as really stupid and cheesy and not very well-done, although I think the Illusive Man is the best character in the game.



And why all the hate for Harbinger taking control, I love those lines.

Pretty much anything Harbinger says is annoying because he never shuts up.

Well, except when he says "You will know pain, Shepard." I liked that one.

worst: everything else harbringer says, and if you're an infiltrator, wheny ou cloak the krogans are all like "you can't hide from me" and you're nowhere near them... stfu seriously

when your recruiting samara if you tell the detective to ignore the order to arrest samara garrus says "we can disobey suicidal orders? why wasn't i told?" Zaeed says "thats at least twice a day best i can figure"
Most Annoying:

Best: Incredibly hard to choose. Liara's full explanation of why she's out for the shadow broker is pretty good... "I.... Thought you would hate me."



Also great, when recruiting Mordin, one of Shepards renegade options, "Just once I'd like if I could ask some one for help and hear 'sure, let's go, no strings attached'"



Most annoying is definitely Harbinger lines. They weren't bad the first time you heard them. By the time the game is over, I wish he had a mute buttonXD
