I have 2 questions: Where do I find the redeem codes? How and where do I download the free charcater and quest that came included in the newer versions?

In the USA standard edition, the codes for The Stone Prisoner and the Blood Dragon Armor are on a card inside the package. If you're on broadband, it's theoretically pretty simple. Start DA, log in, and go to the Downloadable Content menu.
