(SPOILERS BELOW)
HNF: Paramount (even over darkspawn) was VENGEANCE on Howe. For this reason she almost would have let Loghain live (being a daddy's girl she didn't want Anora to feel that pain) but knowing he was in cahoots with that scumbag meant he was gonna get waxed. Even the little blip about Anora being fond of Eleanor didn't save him. In order to be with Alistair (her love) she made him king (socially an equal instead of just a bastard prince) and became his princess.
DEF: NO interest whatsoever in human/dwarven politics (Wanted to tell the damn dwarves STICK IT give me my damn troops!). Also thought Eamon's treatment of Alistair (her love) reprehensible both BEFORE and after the events in Ostagar. IN fact if she hadn't needed Eamon to call the Landsmeet he probably would have found a blade tween his ribs and letting Bann Teagan take over. But no assurance I wouldn't be stuck dealing with that idiot Isolde instead. She admired Anora's grit trying to survive in a "man's world" and having grown up with a female keeper, felt that Anora was the more capable administrator and gave her the throne instead. Got some land for her people as a reward afterward and then rode off into the sunset keeping Alistair away from that mess. My favorite ending so far, even more than the HNF.
EMF: Circle "good girl" who betrayed Jowan to Irving (okay I hate that guy I did it just cause I can't imagine how on EARTH anyone could be friends with this guy). Kept pretty much to the straight and narrow path occasionally stepping out of character to do some minor achievement thing (getting blood magic deal) then reloading and doing my proper playthrough. Only time I stepped out of character in a big way on her was I took the deal with Morrigan mostly cause I just hate to have someone die in my stories.
CEF: Wanted stability in her life that had been wrenched away when she got conscripted. Ended up putting both Alistair and Anora on the throne (my favorite epilogue cutscene
) though she stayed as his mistress. Though I like what I DID personally some of the epilogue cards made me sad but I had no effect on those in the game (the standard ones that come with that story). City elves have it really bad.Playing my first HNM now and having a lot more fun on him than I expected. Hes kind of the Prince Charming type romancing Leliana (I kept her unhardened, I just couldn't see my boy changing her). I loved the part where you get to give her flowers. Still not sure how I will end it but enjoying the ride and finding tidbits that are different for men than women.
*Sigh* wish Teagan liked dudes too...I think that flirty scene in Redcliffe would have been a hoot to see but I got that scorcher kiss from Bella so I guess its a good trade off!
