If you were really that confident, I don't think you'd be bothered by skipping over a dialog option left there for people who do that kind of thing, nor would you be offended if a gay squad mate hit on you in ME3. 

lol if they have a point where a gay squad mate hits on you they should have a renegade momment where you launch that character out the airlock. then i would be perfectly fine with having him hit on my shep because he would be floating in space

Um... I've been avoiding this mess (really, because it's not there it CAN'T change in the future?) But in ME2 if you stay single(as a gay male would) Mordin asks you if you're hitting on him and promptly turns you down. You're given the option to flat out deny it(which would make Shepard straight) or give a "That's too bad."(which would make him questionable.)



So take from that what you will.You can call it a joke but that would be YOUR opinion. Saying Shepard is straight is just that, YOUR opinion.



I turned down all the love interests with "Not interested" replies, which a gay man would do, how you get "he's still straight" out of that is beyond me.

it would be weird to all of the sudden have that option. what if i just wanna be freinds. ike in ME2 when tali starts flirting, if you could do that with jacob that would feel really weird. it already does so enough when it's tali. but if it's completely your choice to start it (and it's obvious what you're doing, i wouldn't want to accidentally start that), then by all means, go ahead. just don't show too much. also, don't make shepard flaming.
