Women too.

Better tell people that you are black lol

Women need to get back to the kitchen

And blacks need to get back in the fields.
Those half breed spanish bastards too.

That's because in the not too distant past the two were directly connected.  There's not much evolutionary distance between species in Europe and species in America.  There should be a much greater difference between species originated upon two different planets, because they would have zero common ancestry instead of a common ancestor a few tens/hundreds/thousands of thousands of years ago.

What's to say the "homogenous cloud" (and by the way, I'm all for straight talk, if you need to feel as though you are an intellectual superior, go right ahead...but it IS boring) that formed our solar system is ANY different to the cloud that formed another solar system?

Meh, I'm talking in my usual fashion.  I was not attempting to sound intellectually superior, although that tactic is in my repertoire.  :D

Elementally our solar system is not much different from any other solar system derived from matter that's been through a couple lifecycles.  But the elements that are here can get put together in many different ways, so the biomolecules evolved should be different in different solar systems.

Ryuuchi...it's sad that you're playing up the supporters of this thread as entirely closed minded people.

I just don't want gays in my game. You gay types preach tolerance yet you come here and disrupt a "no gay option" thread with your attempts to belittle and demean us?

Shame on you...

How does it break the continuity of the game. Lol. That makes NOOOOOOOOOOOOO sense. The game doesn't start like this: In a galaxy far far away...but not really...there was a man. His name was Shepard. And he was straight, that's right, straight. Straight as an arrow. No not a rubber arrow. Don't try and think otherwise. And he went around sleepin with ****es left and right because he was a space pimp with a pimp walk.

Frankly, if a gay person is not interested in a person they tend to not go around humping them. Which is what you can think of it as. If I have maleShep and he's gay and he doesn't put himself out there because he's no interested in anyone...that doesn't default him as straight.

Right, like the heat sink clips don't break the continuity of the game universe...

They don't, there's a logical explanation for that, unlike a ****** Shep.

It comes down to random chance, and of course those nations were together long ago, but according to Hawkins everything used to be closer together at one point ;P
All I'm saying is, anything is within the realms of possibility. And I'd sooner make first contact with an Asari than a Grey. :D

They don't.
Weapons in ME1 overheated, state-of-the-art weapons include clips that are released to stop over heating.

Somewhat, but it was explained in-game and while I dont fully agree with the change it makes sense in the ME universe.

But how would you explain Shep suddenly being gay?  Contracting a virus that sends his endocrine system for a loop?  Cerberus re-programs him for revenge and gets gay Shep as an unintended side effect?

No, more than anything gay Shep doesnt make sense...

No wait, Garrus turning in his gun for a burocratic job at the Citadel.  Now that would break the universe.

I wish someone would write a novel before ME3 with some canon Shepherd backstory, stating a previous, mid-long term relationship with a girl. Put an end to all this gay minority bull****.

Yeah, male Shepard is far too masculine to be dangling his dice on anyone but the wimmenz. Limit it to your prancy fancy fantasies, because at this stage shoe-horning it in would make zero sense.

You are such an apologist. I laugh at the crazy claims made.  Shepard didn't even have the inkling to flirt with other guys, he's not a ******.  He had the inkling to be with a lot of other girls though.

Great reply, you really "owned" me. That really stung. No, really, I'm surprised this is not locked already. The devs and mods don't really take kindly to people making threads just to say everyone else is stupid.

We arent. We are expressing our concern that giving Shepherd a gay option would seriously impede our enjoyment of the great game.
You got your "support homoness" threads, leave us to our "no homos please" thread.

It says in the codex that its more efficient to eject a hot clip than wait for a weapon to cool down. read Codex = no continuity error.

And Shep saying in ME3 "You are the first guy I've found attractive since before I started saving the galaxy" doesn't either.

Right because having to actively go after a relationship and not wanting it in the game because other people want it but you feel it is wrong isn't close minded and forcing your beliefs on them? Okay then.

At lot of you are pretty much going.

yeah it does because a gay shep can not save the galaxy so everyone would die. what kind of cruddy ending is that.

I've never heard him say that so it must be from the "removed" stuff. Removed with good reason. Thank god.
The image of a gay guy running around, ass in the air, camping it up, batting his eye lashes at guys then saving the galaxy is just LOL.

Imagine Liberace in space...wtf?? LOL.

No one really cares about Male Shepard being gay, all everyone want here is to be able to make some sweet sweet loving on Tali as a Female.
