So i bought the Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2. And i tried to redeem the code.
I made a account on www.masseffect.com, and redeemed my code, second it was stated that i had to make an EA account. So i made an EA account. Then i tried to link my Xbox 360 gamercard with the EA account and it said that the gamertag was already in use. So.. i was like what the hell? And then it occured to me i already had an EA account (that i made somewhere in 2008) and my old account of EA was linked with my gamertag, and i tried to delete it, and connect my gamertag with my new account of EA, but it isn't possible. So.. now i cant even download my Collector's armor and assault rifle cause you only can use the code ONCE... i paid €65 euro's for the C.E. Edition .. i tried to email EA, but i still didnt got an awnser..
BioWare PLEASE HELP?! Or other users? =(
Another code would really help.. and yes i do have all original serials of the instruction book and the C.E. serial..
Please help!!

Pfff this is really bullcrap.
I mean, we costumers are paying for our game with extra content, and now we can't even download it. I mean, the whole forums is stated with the same problem, of allot of other users with the EXACT same problem!
Can't we contact Bioware true the forums of this serious problem?
The whole thing is EA fault actually. They should allow us to delete our own accounts.. =_=

Maybe if you wern't all so stupid then this wouldn't have happened...It's your fault, not EA's.

Yea sure dude, dont flame. I find it hard to believe that it's our fault, (almost everybody that had the C.E. had posted the same problem in the forums.) If EA would let us delete our own account, there wouldn't be so much complaints. Or if we only could enter the serial simply on the Xbox 360 under, ''redeem code''.
