I got the Collectors' Edition of ME2 and I am having a terrible time with the Cerberbus Network.  I have followed all the directions, my EA Account is linked with my Gamertag, I've redeemed all my promo codes (including my Collectors' Armor) and I can't access any of it!

First off, how do I know if I've activated the Cerberus Network?  Whenever I start the game, the computer terminal pops up and tells me "Welcome to Cerberus Network" and then proceeds to give me information about the Normandy Crash Site and the Zaeed mission pack.    I go down to the extras menus and I click on the "Downloadable Content" option, but nothing happens except the clicking sounds of me selecting the opition.  No menus, no nothing.

Second, I haven't recieved any messages on my private terminal in-game informing me how to download my Inferno and my Collectors' Edition armor and weapon.

I have no idea what to do.  Does anyone have some sort of a fix or an idea?  If not should I call EA?  Would they even be able to do anything about it if I unwittinly wasted the codes I paid for?

Any help would be much appreciated!:)

sounds like you have already downloaded everything. go to your room on the normandy and change clothes, you should find your armors waiting for you.

Did you make sure to register your copy of ME2 on the bioware site?

^^I've already tried that.

@Avissel: No...Do I have to do that? Do you I use the number on the back of the instruction booklet? Will the codes work retroactively?

The Cerberus Network is just a big headache...
