 Hi - Wondering if anyone can help me sort this out, or point me to a thread...

I *think* my bonus for ME:Galaxy is on a separate EA account as the one used for everything else (XBox - ME2 etc) did not realise i already had one and that it would matter on completing ME:G. I assume this as i have not had any updates or bonus downloads for whatever it is supposed to be.

Have been trying to go through it with EA email support and not having much luck, first sent me to a support page talking about the ME1 > ME2 transfer then saying that 'bonus points' cannot be transferred between iPhone and XBox.

Anyone been or seen a similar situation and know how to resolve - can Bioware help or you think just a EA thing?
