I had just run into Conrad and he'd told me I'd shoved a gun into his face. Which I did, of course. Then right after that I heard a news report about how Conrad was setting up the "Shepard Fund" to help war orphans and refugees. I started wondering... if he's wandering the galaxy pretending to be me, how does he have time to set up and administer a charity?

Then it hit me. The charity is the result of paragon choices with Conrad! If you're mean to him in ME1, you're supposed to get the bar scene. If you're nice, he took your words to heart, stayed home, and set up this charity.

The glitch isn't that the game is delivering the wrong version of events with Conrad if you followed the paragon path with him in ME1. The glitch is the game is giving you BOTH versions!

Likewise, I wonder if we're getting both versions of the Consort aftermath. The email from the Consort whose reputation you saved and the news story about the Consort whose reputation you didn't save.

Now that you mention it, I do remember hearing about the consort's disgrace, even though I helped her out in ME1.

I imported a full Paragon character and Conrad still said I put a gun into his face. Which I never did, ofcourse.

I never thought about that, it's pretty confusing how many Paragon/Renegade triggers get messed up. I hope they release a patch the fixes all of it.



It may not be game breaking but it's part of the story and that's one of reasons everyone here plays ME2.

I almost dont want them to fix it. I imported a full paragon character but i enjoyed getting that shopkeeper in trouble and saving conrads ass from that matriarch bartender. Plus it was hilarious seeing him in that N7 armor.
