I redeemed my codes but can't find them in game. I was logged in - game account while redeeming. During the proces it stated : code succesfully redeemed. But also NOTE : you may need to refresh your wallet balance in game before content will apear in game. I don't understand this note fully, what is wallet balance and how to do this?
I have the digital deluxe version and running on vista 64.
Any help apreciated. Thankx.

just go to your weapons locker and then the armour closet in you captains quarters, youll find the gun and armour in those places

I redeemed the code for the inferno suit, and it said the same thing, i thn went to my armor locker in the captains quarters and its not there. Any ideas?

anyways, go into the game and then go to the Downloadable Content section, click the little round arrow next to available points to refresh your wallet.

dont you just love EA refresh your wallet ballance yeah i can imagine what that means kaching
i also bought bf2 special edition ages ago so 2 customer service emails later and it still didnt work

There is an arrow shaped like a semi circle in the 'availabe content' tab. I think you have to press this arrow to 'refresh your wallet'. You may also have to manually start the Dragon Age content updater. Check out this thread:

dragon age 2 i am trying to get isaac clarkes armor but i cant because i dont know what it means to refresh my wallet. i dont understand whats going on. i have already redeemed the code but it is not acknowledging that i put it in, step by step instructions would rock my face right off!

I have no round arrow in the downloadable content section... And the 'view downloadable content' button takes me to the bioware website.

You also are asking about a non-game problem. This forum is for gamers to discuss tech questions with one another.
