one of the biggest point you could ever earn is Legion loyalty mission. in the end of mission (almost after destroying data of heretics), you could get 22 paragon or 30 renegade (it depends on how much you already had point). but when you take a look at overall point, it's not really much. but it's helped sometimes. sometimes you get unexpected point during suicidal mission. last night, I earned 27 paragon point which was from out of nowhere during final mission. again, it's not much though. if you don't get ridiculous point like 100 or 150, it's not changed much. so just enjoy game as I do.

One I just noticed today that stands out. Talking the Sirta Foundation shopkeeper into giving you a discount because you plan to buy a lot of stuff is a renegade option, but doing the same thing to one of the vendors on Ilium is the paragon route.

I hate the ones you get from dialogue. Choosing an option that is only slightly different from the other will bag you renegade points. I got a lot when talking to Grunt for no reason, even though the dialogue sounded paragon.

Yeah, dialogue with krogans is tricky because being a jerk and being polite are the same thing lol. The paragon options for Grunt's conversation pissed me off because you basicaly accuse him of being a raving, homocidal lunatic, but really he's just a good krogan. Besides, Shepard is the one sending him out to kill all those people.

I didn't want to create a new thread with this one already out there. (Used google with "site:social.bioware.com" added to find it.)

My shortlist:
Souvenir paragon/renegade specials seems spot on, but the other three stores with special dialogs seem off. Using renegade on the tech and weapon stores seems more paragon than endorsing both of them (and possibly endorsing the medical store, too). By endorsing both (or all three), Shepard is lying in a way that has far worse consequences than the little lies about returning to the Terminus to hunt Geth or having outdated Star Charts. The Renegade option of telling everyone that the souvenir shop discriminates is the same as telling everyone that your favorite store is each and every one of them for everyone to hear as they walk by them IMHO.

As I'm going through ME2 again, I'm wanting to see a list of oddball p/r points.
