I was originally going to ask for help with this, but I figured it out myself while typing it up. That was weird.

Apparently, Dragon Age can't read screenshots from a folder that has accented characters somewhere in the path. My Windows username contains the character "á" and so my user folder does, too. As long as my Documents folder is inside the user folder, all the screenshots for achievements, saves, etc. show up as blank grey boxes in-game. Like this:

The actual image files are fine, the game just can't apparently read them. If I move the Documents folder out into, say, "C:\\Docs" the problem goes away. Thankfully, saves themselves don't seem to be affected. Still, please look into this once you're not completely swamped by critical issues.

I also have the same problem. my username contains a "®". Any work around in with this one?
