hi, i have 2 xbl gamertags and want the dlc on both. is there a way to link them to the same ea account 2 share dlc or do i have to buy dlc again?

I can confirm it. You just have to link your second gamertag with your ea-account and your dlc will be enable to your 2nd gamertag.
