Garrus - I like me some alien lizard men, and the amount of hell he raised on Omega is awesome.  Also, he's hilarious as a LI
Tali - Oh, man, do I feel like a fanboy right now, but I can't help it.  I love that we have a squaddie personalizing the Geth/Quarian conflict for us.  Also, she's adorable.
Legion - Hehe, he calls me "Shepard Commander."  Also, personalizes Geth/Quarian conflict.  And also, adorable.
Wrex - I didn't quite know who to put ahead, Wrex or Grunt, but the warm greeting Wrex gives you when you go to Tuchuckakaa is heartwarming, mainly because he seems to be the only character in the entire game that cares that you're NOT DEAD anymore.
Mordin - His singing was awesome, and he was a good way to play around with the moral ambiguity of the genophage.
Grunt - I love that he calls me Battlemaster.  Also, he just seems so enthusiastic about murder.
Samara - Token Asari/Rejection FTW
Thane - w00t, fishman.  Also, small window into hanar way of life.  Also, he's the only squaddie who's predominant color is green, which I appreciate.
Liara - All of the romances from the first game aren't that great in my opinion, but I loved the utter kick to the balls she gave to all of the people who didn't ask why she was angry.  Also, Token Asari.
Wilson - What can I say, I'm a sucker for people who are obviously going to stab me in the back.  It's just awesome how obvious Bioware makes it.
Zaeed - Oh, Zaeed, if only they had given you actual conversations.  Instead, they just made you a trap for people who assumed expirence would make you a good leader.  Basic mercenary cliche is still awesome.
Jenkins - Ascended Meme!  ASCENDED MEME
Jacob - Upright guy.  Little bland, but he goes along well enough with my Parashep, and I like his reactions to my Reneshep.
Miranda - Bond girl cliche?  Yep.  Poor job copying what'shername's face?  Yep.  But I like defrosting ice queens, dammit.
Kaiden - He's a guy.  Got a place shut down.  Good on him. Really bland.
Ashley - I dislike her, but in a good way?  Racism is an interesting character trait, but she talked about her "family back home" in a positive light, so due to generic action genre rules, SHE MUST DIE.
Jack - No, settle down, I don't wanna have sex with you.  There's no reason to be rude about it.

That's not the correct format. You rank each member with a 1-10 rating, not rank them IN ORDER of 1-10.

Tali - there are plenty of forums explaining, why is she awesome... even if I don't expect her to be exceptionaly beautiful as most of the others do, I still love her personality...

Mordin - great deal of info about ME universe plus his hilarious performance? Yes, please!

Legion - again, great deal of info (more than Mordin) plus "strange" AI conversations... not sure if I want him in ME3 though, doubt he will have that much to say again...

Garrus - old buddy, pity he hasn't more conversations, but still like him.

Thane - cool assassin... ever since Malazan Book of Fallen, I simply love assassins... However, his flashbacks were a bit chaotic for my tastes...

Samara - "Shaolin monk" characters never get old...

Miranda - little ****y at first, still like her...

Grunt - adolescent killing machine? Cool, but he hasn't that much to say...

Zaeed - mercenary, cold killer with unhealthy relationship with his old rifle (reference to Firefly, maybe?)... Probably would like him more, if he wasn't only DLC and had more conversations... or maybe not...

Jack - well, she's not THAT bad... but not THAT good either...

Jacob - sorry man, you're just boring...



No opinion on Morinth, didn't recruit her with my ParaShep...

Tali and Garrus are at the top because it seems like they always have something to say during most of the conversations you have with other characters, also Garrus is a bro and I can't help but like Tali.
