I think both Liara and Samara look rather... plain. I was never into Liara since she wasn't mature enough and Samara's just a hard character for me to like.
Benezia is a total milf, though, plus an awesome character. Wish she had more screen time in ME1

Well if you liked Marina Sirtis (counselar on Star Trek TNG), then you would like Benezia. Which I do by the way, but I really go for the bad, nasty, trash talking Asari chicks.madisk wrote...

I'd say liara since she's the only one who bares it all to shepard, sha'ira too but we dont see anything more than a hand.
